Went in around 11am to change license plate from NC to SC. Didn't have to wait long, got it done, and out in matter of minutes. Same for my sister who changed her license and plate. In/out very fast without issues.

Went around 10A. Line was decent and office was full on one side however the way they worked through those numbers were quick and efficient. Maybe 20 mins. My pictures are after I was done because it moved so quick. They get you in and out.

I've been in here several times now since we moved from another state. Just do your research on what you need for your transaction and they make it easy. Staff is friendly and for how busy it gets they are very efficient!

Our experience with this DMV was quite pleasant. We moved from NC and had to transfer Class A CDL drivers license and reapply for Hazmat. We made several trips to and from this branch over a week but Ralph was very patient, helpful and informative. He helped us each time we entered the branch. Ralph showed stellar customer service abilities. I am thankful for his patience and positive attitude. We were able to get everything completed and although challenging, Ralph made our experience much better. Thank you again Ralph.

They have a really great set up. I remember decades ago when it would take HOURS to get anything simple done. You sign in and have a nice seat. Its clean and usually a pretty short wait. If it is during a busy time plan on a bare min of an hour. Everyone there is usually very efficient and helpful. In over 40 years of visiting I have had about 3 problems and only one person who was rude (they didnt last long there) They really have some great customer service focus.

It was great that I was able to get in and out pretty easily, but the woman, section 10 who assisted me has the personality of a rock, she made me feel like it was a bother that she was having to help me. I wish I would’ve said something.

Very organized for as busy as they were on a Monday. We had to update 3 DLs and get a vehicle renewal. From start to finish, we were in there for 30 minutes. That includes the wait time to check in.
